My mom turned 80 in July 2004. Deb, my side lady, and I decided to have a barbeque birthday party and invited a small group of family and friends. We continued celebrating mom's birthday the next following years until it grew from about 20 guests to over 150 guests. We are still celebrating with mom. So it seems, people like our food.
We were encouraged by family and friends to start a BBQ business. In April of 2008 Pearl Lee Q's BBQ Catering was born. Our target market are folks with backyards who do not want the work of a barbeque. Pearl Lee Q's will cook and serve your guests allowing you to enjoy your family and friends.
We do it for the passion of "queing" and staying true to the great flavors of barbeque and jerk.
